Ernesto Morales, Ph.D.
| Architect graduated from the Universidad Ibero-Americana in Mexico City, then completed a Post Graduate Diploma Course in Interior Design at the same University. He graduated with honours with a Master's in Industrial Design from the Universidad Autónoma de México. He did his Ph.D in design, at the University of Montreal. He is currently enrolled in the Post-doctoral program at the Research center of the Institut universitaire de gériatrie de Montréal with a grant from CIHR. |
Research interests Research developped through a participative approach method with users, ocuational therapists, clinicians in order to rethink spaces in retirement residences to improve the quality of life for users and caregivers, and create and apply design solutions in order to extend as much as possible the autonomy of the elder and handicap population in thier own home. |
